We are looking for proactive, dynamic and self-motivated men & women to contribute to the growth of our company.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Generate Business Leads By Emailing & Cold Calling.
- Making sales presentations to the clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure which suite of solutions is right for each client.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Meet with Clients on a regular basis & diligently Follow Up and Close Deals.
- Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.
- Successfully manage the process from lead generation to conversion
- Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking.
Preferred Academic Qualifications: MBA/Graduate with PGDM.
For Business Development Managers: 5 to 10 years
For Business Development Executives: 2 to 5 years
- Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills in Malayalam and English.
- Have proven track record in sales of digital services to corporate organizations.
- Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing Services, Websites & Mobile Apps and how they can benefit clients.
- Ability to Build Long-term Relationship with Prospects.
- Willingness to Travel within Kerala to meet clients whenever required.
- Have a strong network of contacts to develop new business.
- Have experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Confident, self-motivated and focused with great organizational and interpersonal skills.
